Immediately after you purchase you can download a PDF file with links to the Canva templates. There you can edit your forms, add your own logo, change colours and download PDF Versions of the forms to a device. 

2. In order to edit the template  you will need to create a Canva account. Please sign up free at www.canva.com   

Some elements and pictures in the templates may be used for PRO members only. If you have a Canva Pro account, you may use them for free. If you just have a free account, you may either purchase them or upgrade to a Canva Pro account to be able to use. Please be aware when purchasing
